I email several professors

In an effort to obtain the documents related to the $65 million payment Japan made to America, I sent emails to three different university professors whose work includes the study of Japan. The names of these professors are: William Marotti, Peter Duus, and Kyu Hyun Kim. These people must know about the documents and whether or not they remain classified. The following is a copy of the email I sent them.
I have been looking for the documents related to the $65 million payment made by Japan to America for the reversion of Okinawa. Do you know if the U.S. government has declassified these documents? If so, do you have a copy of the documents? I am interested in reading them.
