South Korea may resume its propaganda broadcasts

According to Yonhap, in South Korea, on December 6, the National Human Rights Commission would vote on a bill which would ask the government to restart its propaganda broadcasts. South Korea has a set of loudspeakers designed to send messages 24 kilometers into North Korea. In the past, North Korea has said they would destroy those speakers if they were turned on.
