Japan to offer incentives for housing sector

According to Kyodo News, as part of the stimulus bill, Japan would expand the Eco Points rewards program. In 2011, consumers who bought solar heating systems, water-saving toilets, and super-insulated bathtubs would receive a certain amount of Eco Points which would allow them to buy other goods.

Unfortunately, in Japan, programs like this were few and far between.

Cowards.
